BIO: Pat and her husband, Ken, have lived in Payson since 2014. They are native Oregonians and lived in Portland and Bend for most of their lives. Pat’s first career was as a speech-language pathologist and after a few years she shifted to the law enforcement field, working in office support positions for police and sheriffs before retiring and moving to Payson.
For fun, Pat and her husband hiked and camped throughout Oregon. One of the things that attracted them to Payson was the hiking opportunities. One day at a trail head, Pat saw a car with a KPIH bumper sticker which ultimately led her to volunteer at the radio station.
