Mr. Trautschold is a Board Member of Rim Catholic Evangelization.  John is a broadcast engineer who retired some 4 years ago from CBS Broadcasting, Inc., based at their Chicago TV facility, WBBM. His title was Facilities Supervisor and he led a team of engineers during their build-out of a new, high-definition television facility that went live in September of 2008.  John is also a private pilot and is married to Kathy.  He has two sons, Chris, who is now a commercial pilot and Brian who works as a laser welder. Both are living in Illinois with their families. In addition to serving as chief engineer for KPIH, John and his wife are also actively involved at St. Philip the Apostle Parish in Payson, especially with the choir.  Both have also been actively involved in a long-term Bible study based in Illinois.
